D.I. Owen Jenkins is a character appearing in the episode The Axeman Cometh of the ITV crime drama Midsomer Murders.
He originally worked on the case of the disappearance of Ginger Foxton but couldn't find him and the press deemed him incompetent and his career destroyed. DCI Tom Barnaby respects him and was originally his sergeant.
