Clare Bonavita is a character appearing in the episode Dead in the Water of the ITV crime drama Midsomer Murders.

- Guy Sweetman - Hit on the head several times with a rock, dragged to the river and had his head held underwater to make him drown. His body was then left to float downstream.
- Sandra Tate - Knocked on her door in full motorcycle leathers, barged through the door when she answered, and struck her with a crowbar before attempting to bludgeon her to death with it. Ms. Sharpe arrived, causing the disguised killer to push past her out the door and Sandra to briefly fall unconscious once she made it to the emergency room. The killer broke into Sandra's hospital room again to kill her with the crowbar, but was arrested by police waiting inside.
